ICAITM is an interdisciplinary forum for exchange of knowledge on the latest experimental results and theoretical advances in Information and Communication Technology and Management. ICAITM 2016 was a unique forum to bring the finest African brains together to discuss about technology for the development of Africa since the theme for the maiden conference was ?Cloud computing for sustainable development of Africa?. Every business function embraces technology. ICAITM 2016 was designed to promote the benefits of cloud Computing. It brought together world recognized experts whose diverse expertise would stimulate discussions and push cutting edge research and collaborations. This conference also aimed at addressing the issues relevant to Africa and to foster innovation in the all business sectors with the assistance of cloud to reduce cost and to increase sharing of much needed resources. This opens the way for Open source in research which will enable educators across Africa to come together as a family to enhance the Body of Knowledge without reinventing the wheel each time. The maiden International Conference on Advanced Trends in Information and Communication Technology and Management (ICAITM) was held from 28th - 29th April 2016 at International Conference Centre, Accra.
Following the policy and as part of its Corporate social responsibility as a University to promote Technology and Innovation across the African Continent and to support the Agenda 2063, BlueCrest College (Ghana and Liberia) have partnered with Association of African Universities(AAU) and West and Central African Educational Network (WACREN) to host this year’s Conference in Monrovia, Liberia. A pre-conference workshop will be conducted for ICT Managers in and around Liberia for two days on 13th and 14th December 2017. On 15th December 2017, Liberia will host its largest Academic Conference ever held in Monrovia, with over thousand expected participants from all across the globe. The Theme for ICAITM 2017 is "ICT for Economic Prosperity, Good Governance and Development"
